Notice is Hereby Given by the Planning Board of the Town of Monroe, New York, as follows:

Pursuant to Section A65–6(E)(3) and A65-10(f) of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Monroe and Section 276 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Planning Board of the Town of Monroe will hold a Public Hearing on the 21st day of July, 2020 at 7:15 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as is practical) upon the application of 81 Raywood Driver for preliminary and final approval of a subdivision allowing the subdivision of the applicant’s property into 3 lots. The site in question is located within the SR-10 Zoning District of the Town of Monroe. The property is located at 81 Raywood Drive, and is designated on the tax map for said town as Section 43, Block 1, Lot 11. The public hearing will be conducted via Zoom. All interested parties may attend the hearing by videoconference or telephone as follows:

In accordance with Executive Order 202.1 issued by New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo on March 12, 2020 suspending the New York State Open Meetings Law (Article 7 of the Public Officers Law) to the extent necessary to permit public bodies to meet and take actions without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorizing such meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, physical attendance by the public at the meeting will not be permitted.
