PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Monroe will hold a Public Hearing on July 28, 2020, commencing at 7:30 PM to consider the application of Kim Losurdo for an area variance from the requirements of §57-5 and the Schedule of District Regulations of the Town Code to permit the construction of a 3 Season Room onto a pre-existing, non-conforming structure on premises located at 120 Linden Lane in the Town of Monroe and shown generally on the tax maps as Section 26, Block 1, Lot 11. The variance sought is for the front yard set back: required 40’, provided 36.8’. The Public Hearing shall be conducted via video/tele-conference and so there will be no physical meeting location in order to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the Monroe residents.
